Untuk menjadi seorang publik relations, ketika kita ingin membuat launching sebuah produk baru kita harus mengetahui dahuni segmentasinya dan harus mengetahui apa itu kelebihan produknya, kelemahannya, peluang yang akan didapatkan oleh produk tersebut dan prediksi ancaman seperti apa yang akan di dapatkan atau yang akan diperoleh produk tersebut ketika ingin di launching.
